Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- All tags and accessories are included.
- The item is not damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange after verification.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
